No idea. I've not been paying attention. Are the Sony announcements only known games so far or do you think they could reveal something new before the conference?
Also Warner is publishing Hit man 2, it's slated for November this year which is a surprise. You'd think they get out of the way of Rockstar. Supposedly it's a full game this time and not episodic. It does continue Season 1s story though.

The new Hitman is published by WB, who haven't really listed any other big holiday hitters.
Also, Avalanche is gonna be self-publishing an open-world action game about robots taking over 1980s East Coast Sweden. Release date sometime in 2019.
That trailer is trying really hard to channel Terminator vibes.

Today's Sony reveal was Twin Mirror. A Don't Nod games published by Namco.

What a strange game choice.
It reminds me of a mix between a David cage games and something Suda 51 would be involved in.

It looks like a "Dontnod do Silent Hill"-type game.
Say what you want about Dontnod, they definitely refuse to be typecast into a single genre.
Edit: shockingly, this is not a Sony exclusive. Release slated for 2019, and it's a proper multi-plat (sans switch)

Something else from From Software, possibly.
Another reason why Devolver's Big Fancy Press Conference is totally worth watching (as if we needed more reasons!)

Starting to get a bit hyped for tonight. I'd sort of forgotten that we haven't seen all the new footage or heard about all the reveals yet despite all the leaks and early reveals.
I was doing a checklist in my head and realized there's a ton of stuff I am looking forward to.
Reveals of Cyberpunk, Rocksteady's new game, what ever Fallout 76 is, Starfield? Respawns next game, what ever EA Motive has been making, Metroid 4? Splinter Cell and AC Odyssey? Etc.
Not to mention potential gameplay videos for Death Stranding, Ghost of Tsushima, Anthem, Rage 2, Last of Us 2, Metro Exodus, etc.
So much content. Plus I always love Giant Bombs coverage and their interviews. Can't wait to see this year's interview with Phil Spencer or if and when John Vignocchi, Dave Lang and Adam Boyes collide in an aftershow.

Just occurred to me we might get a teaser for a second Naughty Dog game. Its been, what? 15 months or so since Lost Legacy came out? And they are a two game studio now.
New Jak and Daxter or something completely new? It would fun if Naughty Dog did a new Crash Bandicoot game just for nostalgia, though I imagine 90% of their staff has no affinity for the studios legacy.

My E3 wishlist, refined:
-Arkane making a new IP
-Bioshock the Next
-EA showing off a single-player Star Wars game (yeah, right)
-Rocksteady making a new game (preferably not Superman; I just don’t see the appeal in such a bland, good, nigh-invincible hero- but I’m not well-versed in comics, so I’m ready to be corrected on this)
-From Software revealing a game that’s not Bloodborne 2 (and thus not exclusive to PS4)
-Microsoft coming up with original IPs. Or, barring that, enabling full backwards compatibility to the Xbox catalogue through the Win10 Xbox app- allowing me to play emulated RDR on PC with M&K support
-I would also like to get an idea of how Beyond Good and Evil 2 will actually play; and, in the same vein, get a once and for all confirmation if “Death Stranding” is gonna come to PC or not (PC Gamer continues to insist that it will)
-I would also really like to see more of the following: GreedFall, Call of Cthulhu, The Sinking City, Werewolf the Apocalypse, Plague’s tale: Innocence;
-oh, and (of course): pleeeeeease announce a proper “Legacy of Kain” sequel, Squeeenix!

Thanks to Fortnite, I predict "Battle Royale game mode/style" (or some variant) will be one of the buzzwords at E3 this year.

according to IGN, ESRB gave Unravel 2 a rating "today".
So it'll probably appear in the "EA Originals" indie segment, with an "available now!" announcement.

IGN prediction is EA kicks off with Anthem. I say Battlefield. What do you guys think? Better be quick, it's about to start!

Can they just have a separate event for the sports game. For the love of god. Its soccer! Its soccer every year, what is the surprise.
Also awkward interview. But yes, Star wars!

Huh. The conference started 2 hours earlier than the clock I was looking at. Spoilers. Spoilers as far as the eye can see!

You haven't missed much tbh. This EA conference has been pretty horrible, imo.
I'm guessing they put all their chips on Anthem (just started) and are hoping it pulls them out of the dump.

If they dont show some serious gameplay even this anthem reveal is not doing it for me

Just wait. I am sure the best micro-transaction experts have been busy deep in the pits of EAs hellscape trying to develop a whole new form of DLC that the world has never seen before.
