Nah, I actually looked at that at some point. But like I said, I've got a major headache after my hearing this morning, so my explaining stuff isn't up to its usual standard right now.

I was really hung up on the (totally wifom) "why the fuck is maccy still alive?" issue. Which clearly wasn't convincing JPK. I also wasn't sure that I wasn't trying to convince scum the whole time.

I was about 60-40 on it being maccy, but I couldn't put a whole lot of conviction into that.

See this is why I find dismissing arguments as WIFOM counter-productive. There's a small chance someone has kept a PIed player alive to mess with your head, and a much better chance that that player isn't actually PI at all. But WIFOM tends to mean people attach a 50-50 probability to each outcome (and therefore ignore it). I feel a better approach is to try and figure out what the chances are of each possibility and filter that into your judgement.
