Nice to see the English fans stayed consistent, with all the booing and the laser in Schmeichel's eyes ...

And keep your shirts on please FFS! No-one, and I really mean NO-ONE wants to see those pasty white doughy torsos. It's like the end of Ghostbusters without any of the enjoyment.

I do not care about sports but according to Danish News last night England commited a grave injustice. They faked a penalty and apparently England clearly paid off the referee so they wouldn't check the replay. How can you people live with yourselves. shame. SHAME.

It's nice to know English media is on a par with Danish media when things go wrong.

For me the penalty call was 50/50. Personally I wouldn't have given it, but if the ref thought it was a penalty then that's his prerogative.

That Italy goal was long over do with all that pressing on the England side. I'll be surprised if there isn't another one soon.

You guys chuffed or gutted? 3 lions. More like 3 cryons. I'll have a few pints for you guys if you're no longer feeling like it (even for just to drown your sorrows).

A take away from this euros - more emphasis on penalty kicks at practice sessions for the whole lot.

Cosmic order is restored.

Best team won I guess. I never really believed we would win it so taking it on the chin.

Italy are deserving champions. They were the most impressive team in this tournament. Really positively surprised by England in the final though, their best performance yet. There is a lot of potential in this team going to Qatar next year.

And surprising no one, the three lads who missed penalties are getting heaps of racist abuse. See this isn't why I'm too upset about the loss. These stains of humanity would have taken a win and turned it into a serious white Nationalism cause. At least they can't do that now...

Golden rule for penalties- pick a side and drill it hard in the middle.

Those quick-step taps (from both sides) were just awful. Every team that makes those, loses- Swiss, Spaniards, and then the English.

Haven't been paying attention to the transfer period. Any interesting moves of note? Pro leagues start their new season in a few weeks, right?

Yeah, doesn't get more remarkable than that. Never thought I'd see the day.

Messi signed a deal with PSG? Or did I read that chyron wrong ? (caught a quick glimpse as it flashed by before turning of set and heading out)

PSG seems to be the landing spot for many of these megastars.

Messi left Barca because they would have had to tear the rest of the team apart to pay him.

Messi, you sir have plummeted in my estimations, you are a multi, multi multi fucking millionaire. And the team that have paid you that money are totally financially fucked.

Sounds like an ideal job for a team of turds with unlimited funds to snap up! What are City up to?
