But one thing I would add is that there are three named town in the OP. Are they more important/powerful/more useful to keep around? No idea, but it is something to bear in mind.

The problem is how would they be able to communicate that efectively to try and get other town to let them win, without also ensuring that bendal home would never touch them again in another fight? I think those 3 names will be our scum-killers, but imo they shouldn't reveal and just hope to win vs any unfortunate fight with a town they encounter.

Ok Caught up. Fucking Anomandaris is annoyingly ignorant of what is going on around him, doesnt really make him scum and unfortunately I have to agree with him that Merrid looks scummy at the moment as well. I really didnt like the Ultama vote and post flurry at the end as already stated. As for Shields knowing each other, I would simply assume the worst for the moment and figure that they do.

It wasn't that I was wondering if Skintick's reveal was fake that was the major point of my post, it was the added question of whether Bendal was the one that has the ability to postpone his own fight, thus backing up Skintick's reveal. I disagree. I would possibly be willing to vote ultima today if nothing more than his first or second post when he claimed to have not read the OP but did know Bendal was the tyrant. This is something small, but it's these type of things that can catch someone off guard. Example - lady bliss did this in the Batman game, was called out for it, yet no one acted. I'm not saying we go with ultima yet. We have the rest of the day to make a real case, but I am keeping it in mind.

In general I have no problem with a good rant, or a good meltdown on thread. But the vitriol that is being tossed around is making this thread unreadable for me. No, I'm not a prude and I do use swear words (and have on thread), but the game has been going on for about 2 days and people are being pure assholes on thread.

Maybe at other times during the year it wouldn't get to me, but I am really really stressed out at the moment, and reading the mafia thread is having the exact opposite effect that it should (as in, being a relaxing escape into awesomeness).

Can we just tone it down, please? It's just putting me on edge.

Bendal is probably most concerned with trying to find out the identities of our main 3 just as we are trying to find his 2 shields. Thinking over strategy, he would want to place our main 3 against each other to rid one, then do it again to rid another. The op states the shields could possibly be beaten by our main 3.

OP and signup thread makes it sound like the scum-killers will be more than "possibly" able to be beaten by them, and the regular fighters have a smaller but not tiny chance of beating them as well.

Well, once again that means Bendal will need to juggle keeping his shields alive by fighting them little as possible, while fighting them enough to remove suspicion. This is obvious, but some people still seem to not have this figured out. I wouldn't put it past Bendal to try to get one of his shields pi through something like what happened with Skintick last night. I'll need to see what happens tonight before I'm ready to consider such. We will possibly be able to pi our 3 champions if they have certain abilities, but very risky.
