I thought that if I did a transfer today the waivers would be finished?

However, it just said I have successfully made a waiver claim...

If someone is recently dropped, they will be on waivers for like two days.

So for instance, if your opponents defense is on a bye and it is saturday and they haven't picked anyone up, you could theoretically go through and pick up then drop every other defense in the league to screw them.

Of course if you do that, I would suggest that you don't get invited back to the league next year, so B)

You can cancel your waiver claim if you want and hope to grab the person when they get off waivers.

I didn't realize this but I've been beaten by the top scorer of the week 3 frickin' times. One of my 2 wins, I had to score the most points of the week to do it.

Blergh!

I would think the bunker would slow your internet connection....
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Going against Sanders and Foster in both my leagues, ouch. Not even Brady is going to save me, but at least he is officially back.

Yeah, I am glad I they stepped up. Our matchup is a lot of 20s, 30s and even a 40 and lots of under 5 pts for others.

EDIT: no, he didn't.
Funny though, I am 3 pts ahead with Mark Ingram and Andre Holmes still to play and all your guys have played.
And despite that, they still give you a full 4% to win our match-up. I guess they judge my guys fumble prone....

Might help if you had a Kicker playing also.

True. But I didn't want to drop Dawson and space on my bench is tight. I picked up Beckham to cover for Harvin if he doesn't get opportunities at the Jets, I need Manning next week instead of Cutler and Allen I am loathe to drop.

Figured that was the case looking at your bench and it worked out just fine. If needed you probably could have found someone on the WW last minute too.

Facing Zoom today and Tony Romo is out for the Cowboys, which means Brandon Weedon will prolly just be handing off to DeMarco Murray every play.........Which, obviously, doesn't bode well for me as Zoom is the owner of said powerhouse back. With Romo in there throwing for 300 yards +, Murray still gets 100+ yards and 2 scores. So I'm only guessing Murray goes for 250 yards and 3 tds.

As for MY RB scene - I lost my main back and round 1 pick to criminal charges almost right away. That really hurt. At least if it was due to an injury I could have hoped for a return. Then Steven Ridley goes out for season and Johnson gets hurt(not that it matters, as he was an epic gamble and fail). The only 1 of 4 RBs I drafted that even helped at all is Frank The Snore Gore, and as injury prone as he is I have to keep a slot reserved for Hyde in case Gore's mileage finally catches up to him.

Bleh.

I need a decent RB1. Anyone interested in trading a good RB1 for Antonio Brown. Points leader for WRs to date, and is considered tied with Demarius Thompson as top WRs.

Not playing in your league, so cant see what is availble.

Pick one or more of these of the waiver wire if availble.

Jeremy Hill - Denard Robinson - Jason Grey - Carolina Panthers RB are healthy again, so maybe take a flyer on J. Stewart or Deangelo Williams.

Dont trade your top WR unless you have great depth there.
