Yeah. Nothing. No reason to believe that this is indicative on anything other than holding a particular Contract, and not the one we are looking for.

Speculation is that the SK has picked up Possession - this is not really based on anything other than that it would be a good power for the SK to have, Then again, so is RIO.

By my count, only two players currently cannot talk about their Contract. Maybe three. Technically, we can all freely claim Spectral without breaking the rules - only player cannot do so. Thoughts?

I am 99% certain that Ryll has Pyrokinesis for reasons I've previously mentioned, so I think it's obviously likely that the SK has Possession and the Vig contract.

That being said, the SCM contract does not say that the SK MUST hold 2 additional contracts, it says that he is capable of (read MAY) hold 2 additional contracts. It's possible he only has 1 additional contract, but I think it's likely that the SK has the 2 contracts that aren't Pyro.

Wait.... I don't like this post at all.

You HAD to have picked up Pyro today in order to get out of my freeze. I wouldn't have been able to relinquish Cryo if you were still frozen.

The SK also has registration priority, given that scum are likely gone. So they can afford to drop a Contract and create their priority list for PS to resolve later.

It's also possible that the SK would pick up Gravity Amp or Cryo, in order to protect themselves.

Possession makes a lot of sense for an SK, I agree - but if they cannot hold it due to it being registered or because they don't want to take the chance of being reverse found (rather like they might avoid Hormonal) they might not have jumped on it straight away - it would make more sense for an SK to wait until the ability was actually guaranteed to give them a voting block, no?

Just got back. Haven't read the last few pages, just skipped to the end. Has PS been around, because the contract list doesn't look like it's been updated to show the contract I dropped. I don't know if I can talk about it before the list is updated?

I would suggest that until PS has confirmed via PM that you have relinquished the Contract, it is not safe to talk about.

I should note that Spectral Contract Manipulation overrides this, in a sense. Basically, the above rule is really on a "per slot" basis. Everybody has 1 contract "slot". What I meant by that above rule is that you can't relinquish-register-relinquish-register all in one day, you only get to change contracts once. But with SCM you have SCM plus two more "slots", and you could register and relinquish both slots in the same day.
Only someone with this much power could make this many frittatas without breaking any eggs.

Ok, i see list has been updated now, Pyro is back open.

I picked it up yesterday, used it last night to unfreeze myself, and now dropped it again. Does that answer your question Okaros? I think you were just confusing yourself.

Anyway, I'm not going to make any judgements now as I've had too much to drink, so adieu till the morrow.
