Yes, and had some trouble with remembering it
Can't offer bacon, so I went with fav and rep, hoping it would provide enough nourishment for further endeavours

That's... That is amazing! Kind of want to nick it and use on Facebook to make people wonder what the heck it is about! Would happily give you bacon. Do you live anywhere near Manchester?
EDIT: Something soppy? How about Detoran dragging hedge off into the night? Or as you have done those two, maybe Udinaas and Menandore?? Tehol and Fat Rucket (I think that was her name) could also work...

Nicely done!
Thanks!
Ok on the issue of Rucket:
Quote
From MT:
On Rucket:
The woman, tall, lithe, her reddish hair cut short, was dressed in pale leathers, the clothing South Nerek in style, as if she had just come from the steppes. Although, of course, the nearest steppes were a hundred or more leagues to the east. She appeared to be unarmed. Her eyes, a startling tawny shade that looked more feline than human, slowly fixed on Tehol. "Him?"

The seguleh mask appearance:
I am reading OST and my image of the seguleh has been evolving...
I seem to have developed an appreciation of example #1 as the typical Seguleh mask over the years, but we seem to have lots of indication that the masks look like the #2 version. I find it a bit difficult as we tend to get descriptions of the seguleh that makes you think unless they speak the sex, and coloration of seguleh are hard to identify. I get the feeling there is a court theme at play regarding the seguleh masks. something like #3. Can I get some reflective thoughts on this?

I always imagined #1 as the seguleh masks,
but from a practical stand point i.e. breathing, #2 would be better.
Although a mix'n'match of 2 and 3 would work also.
Don't know, it's been a while since I've read OST or any seguleh from the other books.

Tehol's nose looks a little off.
But other than that, it looks good to me.
Definitely see the resemblance to Brys in the first sword pic as well.

You know after reading the material they make these things out off I see how version #1 becomes a bit impractical. I have no real memory of giveaways like a masked Segulehs smile or grimacing, gaping, sneering mouth? Surely these would be a feature as some seguleh are real personalities with attitude to spare. maybe there was an occasion with the 8th and the 300th but I have not gotten far in that story arc.

Yeah I'm glad thats coming across. I wanted Tehol to look like an intellectual version of Brys.
Thanks for the look in, will fix the nose. I think I see what you're talking about.

Add considerably more nose bridge (Nordics for instance have usually quite high nose roots. Even the one typing this). The lower part appears off center; draw a straight line from the hair roots to his chin that crosses the center of the face, and you'll spot it.

Blacksword Visits.
Finally finished this piece. Was a happy collab between me and HHD and I loved all the fun we had mixing and matching ideas. Had some great crits from Kaamos whom I think really helped us sort out the bugs. I enjoyed working on it. I always learn alot working with fellow malazans.
HHD and I liked the idea of Rake taking on multiple Seguleh but we were aware it may not be 100% cannon considering Seguleh traditions. We reduced our original intention of a horde to three fighters with higher ranked Seguleh waiting to jump in. That aside we really wanted the picture to scream dynamic movement and agility so we have the seguleh dodging and diving as rake rushes forward. HHD covered the clean lines and worked out the original colour schemes I kinda went over it and detailed everything. We tried several arrangements with advise and decided to stick with this.
