The purple (first) and the magenta (last) starbase are supposed to be web-safe (theoretically that means we all see just about the same color on our screens.)
The second one is the same RGB value as the influence disc and resource cubes. Not web safe and out of gamma besides. Which means that it looks differently to all of us. (Hell it looks different to me by just moving it from one monitor to the other.)
The scanned one is yet another color. (About 20 different ones)
I have no idea whether you care or not. But is one more pleasing than the others? Or one less pleasing than the others?
