The Planta delegate listens, then rustles a reply.

Accorded Neutral Territory? We may be amenable to that. I will send a note through the Galactic Council to Chmee Gnaw and see what he would like to discuss. The later those ancients come in to play, the better it would be for the descendants. More ancient ships = more VP's come endgame.
