Alright, seeing as CF has messed up my original plan of owning 4 homeworlds at the end of the game (I shall have to now settle for 3, D'rek's is spared due to my cruiser in Vega now being pinned by CF's buzzing flies), the only option available to me is to stand and fight.

So I guess you are going back to a normal drive instead of fusion drive, so the energy is =

I took a look at the updated map and it looks like you have the Warp portal development on my player board. Currently noone owns it but it's likely that SS will end up with it by the end of the game.

D'rek and SS can react in between Morgoth and Tapper's move.
Tapper has done turn 8, so has twelve. CF next then Khell.
