What in fighting? You have two Dreads in the GC, Khell is determined to pin my ship in Zeta Herculis and nuke Capella. Tapper I fear is going to do a blitzkrieg on someone and that someone is gonna be me and Zeta Herculis is his destination. CF took my homeworld and I can't spare the ships to try and take it back. That leaves Morgoth and SS. But Morgoth as much as I'm cheering him on is nothing more than a fly for D'rek to swat. Okay maybe a hornet that can sting if he can manage to take D'rek's homeworld by some miracle. SS has been crushed by CF's superior numbers so all he is going to do is distract a few of CF's ships. I see that as 5 against 1 while toying with the other two.

Not nearly enough in fighting for my tastes.

Sure I am. If I lose at least I drank to sweet victory even if it was all a lie. Wouldn't want to waste the good stuff on anything so trivial as thinking I'm going to lose.

Ancient Interceptor Discovery: You can place one or more Interceptors in the hex, without paying any Materials for them (just as with the base game Ancient Cruiser). The catch is that their maximum total Material cost can be 6 Materials. For example, The Rho Indi Syndicate can only place one Interceptor, as their Interceptors cost 4 Materials, while the Mechanema can place three.

Well not that I expect you to actually tell me where you are going. But don't you need to convert 9 science to materials? You only had one material left over after you built the dread. And why didn't you build all three ships last turn? As the Machines you can build three at once. Not sure why you wanted to waste an action stringing out your builds.
