Meh. It's not really a big deal. I've already established that the two rare techs were not in the original SVG file. I was mostly curious if those extra reg techs had stayed in the file through the rounds. We've got 3 more tech draws to do. 34 tiles left. 36 counting the Point Defense and Tractor Beam. 31 +3 rares or 31+5 rares. Easiest way to "fix" it would be to put the 2 missing ones in to get the total to 36 and then draw 12 per round the rest of the way with all rare tech counting towards the 12.

CF will be back before this round ends I'm sure, so it's not my problem. I am interested in how it happened so I can be sure and not do the same thing next game.

Why would you increase the number of tech drawn (it's supposed to be 11 with 9 players right?). You don't have to end the game with all tiles drawn.

Well that pretty much explodes the "kill twelve" idea. Unless those two are simply a deterrent to keep Khell from attacking you? If so, not really necessary.

I'm not increasing the tech draw. Nor decreasing it. CF should be back well before this round is over.

There are only 31 regular tech left. 3 draws remaining correct? Clean up phase in rounds 6, 7, and 8.

Its a deterrent for you ss and tapper from attacking one of the systems I want to keep. Now if any of you move to attack, I can move behind your lines and neutron bomb you.

Best place in terms of range and being able to hit lots of people, and minimising chance of a ship being pinned and destroyed. My next turn should assure you of my peaceful intentions.

The numbers don't add up then.

There should be 114 regular technologies (96 in the base game and 18 extra from the expansion) and 11 rare tech. Other than one round (round 3 I think?) hasn't CF been drawing 11 regular tech every round? So we should only have drawn 6x11+1 = 67 regular technologies so far, and have 47 regular tech left to draw for rounds 7, 8 and 9, which easily more than 33. How on earth are we at only 31 regular tech left? Are you sure you're counting correctly?

No ma'am. CF as far as I can tell has been drawing 12 tech each round. With 13 on the round 3.
