Back then I didn't understand the situation. And the map has changed.
I wanted to say "if you build a dreadnought in your homes system, I'll move the interceptor." But that is obviously not workable.
So unless you have another way to solve the dilemma, I see a sacrificial interceptor as the best way to avoid war.

A little sweetener just occurred to me. I'm inherently offering to NOT upgrade my interceptor blueprint this round. That assures you that the sacrifice stays a sacrifice.

Okay, if I were to actually acquire an explore then I'd go north west of my homeworld, i'm doubtful i'll get one in though until round 3, and by then there may be none left.

With all your money Gnaw, you could get in another 2 or 3 explores maybe. You don't have to influence every hex this round which would free up more actions for you. Each time you influence you can colonise, no one can reach you at the moment other than me so if you build up your territory, you could build a lot of orbitals and monoliths later on for VP's.
