Heh, what you did was exactly my original intention...but then plans went awry after I accidentally saw a picture of Zoidberg.

Always one step behind aren't I? Gnaw you may as well attack me, as well as Morgoth, for now I will open diplomatic relations with both of you if you like? We'll see how the first round goes.

Ok, found those missing tiles. Thanks for the tip D'rek.

I think I have everything I need to set up now. Did everyone orient their homeworld?

Looks like I'm just missing Solidsnape's homeworld orientation. Everything else looks good.

Solid, the magellan worlds weren't in the first post but all start tiles for all races have identical wormhole distribution. Just pick where you want them to point.

@all

Got a start on compiling the board, but I'm going to need a few hours to finish up. Everyone ok with a start on Monday Morning (noon for euro players)?

Anything else I need to put in place to start the game? I think we're pretty much set.

Yup, monday should be fine.

Everyone will need to remove one population cube from one of their tracks, but people may want to wait for their player boards to be visible before they choose.

I'm choosing to remove a money cube.

I can put up the "raw" board soon actually. I have the pop cubes and inf discs all up on the playerboards, just not placed on the hexes yet.

I don't get what tapper means by "Please orient in such a way that wormholes mainly point towards and away from the centre." but I guess since twelve is pointed both holes at the GC Tapper would want to point at the GC and directly at twelve, since Snape will probably point at Tapper to not share an immediate wormhole point with me???

Help?

your placeholder is still there Snape my boy, you want to edit that one like the others or uniquely preferential to yourself.

edit, colours are optional and have no impact in the game.

I just assigned random colours. Whatever was closest to the block of cubes I was copy pasting at the time.

EDIT - and sorry solid, couldn't find your post where you requested orientation.

That's why I want to keep important moves on the 1st page as much as possible. Shit gets buried in the thread and is sometimes hard to find.

In fact, maybe that's the best way to handle things so nobody forgets. A move isn't "official" until it hits the first page.

EDIT EDIT

Also, Tapper can you confirm Drek's thoughts on your WH placement? I selected an orientation 1 tick clockwise from what D'rek shows but both technically fit your description.

Is Snape actually going to be the Pony Boys, or are you just going to use the Wardens?

hadn't the time to check the board when I posted that: I hoped that an orientation of 2 wormholes into the 2nd band was possible (like D'rek and Twelve both have, since they are at the 'quarter' positions) but due to hexshape, that can't be done. I will be home in an hour, then read up on who has what race and comment on placement, okay?
