IH and Twelve's (corrected) version was my reading as well.

To use the action, you must physically move the influence disc to one of the free slots, and it can only be moved once per phase.

The disc is not re-set to the original position for the next round. if you choose, say, to build this turn, then next time your options would be only to move or to upgrade.

Having two of those hexes will be a powerful advantage later in the game Solidsnape. If you coordinate your free moves right, then you will have a much more mobile and better-upgraded army than the rest of us.

So it is back round to D'rek yes? I know you want those people to confirm orientation but moves wise this is where we are up to then.

I kinda love it when D'rek unleashes her nerd wrath, as I knew she would here. Sorry innocent bystanders, but someone's gotta be the kindling.

And yet you have chosen the path of antagonism and war.

There will be many picnics.

I'm not forcing you to do anything. There's lots of Tier 3 tiles left, and loads of space to explore southward. Whether you take the hex or I take it, we're still neighbours.

Yay! Let's be spacepals!

Still neighbours, yes, but neighbours further away from my homeworld thank you very much. I do believe I'm going to have to go for at least one of those ancient hexes you've explored. We can still be spacepals, I'm just saying that I have to be extra-careful around a race for whom betrayal doesn't mean anything :p

I also put in my next action in the OP. Nothing that Tapper or SS does will change what I will do next either.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Hey. You skipped me! Like I don't even exist. Such humiliation. I may never get over it.

My Reaction: Can anyone loan me a copy of this?

All you need is a bunsun burner and the calamari and you are set (You don't need no stupid breading). Maybe make up some red sauce (ketchup and horseradish sause) for dipping and you are all set.

Just confirm that you pass again is all you need to do or take an actual reaction if you want.

Har har. Keeping to the nautical theme, you have little to fear from me (other than fear itself) as I have other fish to fry. I will likely have my hands full with Long John Silver over there.

Yes I pass. And I take it somebody didn't want me to change the diplo cube from science to money?

And you sir twelve seriously confuse me: where did you get the resources to purchase the science station?

you shouldn't have purchased the neutron bombs then. they make me nervous. my plan was basically to just sit back, explore tier 3s, and learn the game. But you had to go and get yourself some people killing technology.

I'm loaded at the start of the game. 26 money from the get go and 4 materials stored up. All it's costing me is 8 money to 4 materials to get the extra science.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

It was the only thing I could *afford* to purchase dumbass, that's why I took 'em :p My race is all about technological investment and getting points off the tech tracks, and that was all I could invest in.

NVM. was looking at the wrong player board.

Well all you have to do to make me feel safer is, if the neutron absorber tech comes up in the next draw, leave it for me. I'll go back to being just nervous instead of nervouser.

I was also going to add that I includ my upkeep with my current storage in each of my actions posts. As you can see my upkeep has steadily gone up with each action with the exception of the influence one. That action didn't cost me anything as I spent an action to gain an influence cube back from a hex I controlled. I did it mainly to be able to settle another planet for free.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.
