I'd say it is not. But I like provisionals VERY simple.

Imagine for a second that the mods are modding all of the high TMDI games that have ever been played. With all of the various actions counter actions and possible actions. Then consider that in order for us to pull this off the provisional need to be as simple as possible. Not merely simple but "see spot run" simple.

Now create your provisional accordingly.

You can't use a provisional like that because it is based on information only learned at the time of the lynch, and night happens "instantaneously" right after that.

ie, you're proposing that this would be possible:

1-hammer falls
2-lynch happens
3-you login and read the lynch result
4-you submit your NA

but in this game there is no time for #3 to happen. By the time the lynch happens you need to already have your NA submitted. The latest "consideration" you are allowed would be simultaneous with #2, knowing that the lynch is happening on target A so you switch to your backup target B, but nothing can be based on the actual CF posted with the lynch.

Correct. He is in the northern desert which is sacrosanct today. And like ToD, when enough votes accumulate on him nothing happens (as opposed to day ending without a lynch like most other LPs).

Also note that Nimander Golit has 2 voting power and needs +2 votes to be lynched. So if he wasn't sacrosanct, Togg would actually be lynched now. Expect dkt to shout at you about it if he is online
