thats the problem when you compare myth and religion. Religion adheres to a core messege around which story interpretations blossom out like vengeful tentacles. The further out the interpretation, the less credible

.
Edit: Back on topic was Nicodimus and co at any point able to travel the Nevernever? I cant recall if it has any affect on them like it does with the sidhe etc. Maybe that'd be a clue as to wether they (demons) are part of the Nevernever?

They block off the Nevernever at several points in the stories, with the aquarium ambush being the most significant.

I think they do go in and out because Thorned Namshiel attacked Arctis Tor a while ago. However, Winter is very firmly anti-Denarian at this point, so the trips to the Nevernever are probably short for the Denarians now.
I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.

I think the initial projections upon delay were mid-summer (June/July).....so end of May actually moves it up a bit from that. PLUS...My Honeymoon is literally 3 days later. Cruise reading material?! Oh you BETCHA!

Ok, who else thinks QT is going to have a severe conflict of interest in this situation?

Don't take a book on your honeymoon QT, unless it's the Kama Sutra. She will not let you live that down for the next 21.7 years.
HiddenOne. You son of a bitch. You slimy, skulking, low-posting scumbag. You knew it would come to this. Roundabout, maybe. Tortuous, certainly. But here we are, you and me again. I started the train on you so many many hours ago, and now I'm going to finish it. Die HO. Die. This is for last time, and this is for this game too. This is for all the people who died to your backstabbing, treacherous, "I sure don't know what's going on around here" filthy lying, deceitful ways. You son of a bitch. Whatever happens, this is justice. For me, this is justice. Vote HiddenOne Finally, I am at peace.

"Look love, I know I just did all that vowing to put you ahead of all my other worldly concerns and all but Dresden just called Murphy good people! Again! I just can't put it down!"
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

We will have two eight-hour flights of reading time, and then any of the time we spend lounging on the ship while it's at sea to read.

And the Mrs. is well aware of my reading obsession, but I'm also smart enough to know I should only pull the book out when nothing else is on tap (AKA if she's in a lounger by the pool beside me, I'm good)

That said, A Dresden-sized book, and one other book of a similar page count ought to cover me for the whole trip (13 days) with the amount of stuff we are doing.

I'll wager most reading will take place on the flights.

You know, I got her sister into the Dresden books and she's now a huge fan, but the Mrs. doesn't read a lot (she likes two romance authors, and Suzanne Collins) so she's not read them yet...however, she HAS expressed interest since her sister likes them so much. So there's a chance of her being a Dresden fan down the line. Who knows.

Well, if she can survive the horrible writings of Collins then she will be laying moaning on the floor after Butcher.

I took two books on my honeymoon. I HAVE to read before bed. It's like breathing. I have to. The only way to stop me would be to kill me. ;)
