I love how Mab is playing Nico and fully wants Harry to betray him. Despite. Everythiing else, Nic is even a possible ally against Nemesis which bollockses things even more.

Any guesses who Harry goes to for backup? Murphys the obvious choice but seems underpowered for dealing with Denarians. Cant be another Warden, so Thomas seems most likely.

If this was for real, I would stay there and turn off my hearing aids for the entirety of the reading. Magic ears, off!

This is idle speculation, but I suspect that what Dresden is after in the vault is Mother Winter's walking stick. In Cold Days, it's a minor, yet stressed, thing that it is missing.

Not sure what Nicodemus is after though.

I don't know, I've read some convincing theories that Mother Winter's Walking Stick is in fact the Blackstaff (which is held by grandpa Ebenezar McCoy). Plus, from the summary it reads as if this isn't really Mab or the winter court's mission, but just her fulfilling an obligation to someone else (and why would she hire out someone to steal the walking stick again, unless aha... she plans to double cross?) Speculation is fun.
