Grief, you saved the game man, I sincerely applaud you because without your foresight and counter-reveal we probably would have lost.

Mafia 101 guys, if two people reveal, you go with the first finder, D-Day or not. Though Grief's code was nicely played. Symp lives for shit like that.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Night's Over.

Someone shot Sorrit in the face. Sorrit died.

Sorrit was Town and Miss Bliss

With 50% of players left of town SCUM WINS. Congratulations to Ampelas (D'rek), Spite (Ansible), and Fener (Grief)

I don't think they shoot people in the face for the X-Factor... unless things have changed.

New way to make sixty trust you: act very reasonable.

How to make sixty not trust you: have holes in your arguments.

Clearly that didn't work.

But in any case the lynch on Silanah was accomplished without my vote anyway. So I guess that without a spirited defense of someone I thought was the more probably scum anyway, that was probably game over.

Welcome back. If you have had time to read some discussion threads on the mafia forum, you will notice things have changed... somewhat.

Cheers Ans. Was so worked up at the end. Particularly around when Kasch asked why I chose him. I'd hoped it wouldn't come up, but I couldn't have said I found Anth without my vote on him looking scummy.

For the crap you've been given, I was very happy at how completely disconnected you were from D'rek. Made my job so much easier. Rep coming everyone's way.

Play more sixty, I enjoyed playing with you.

I'm giving MotM to Grief. The whole scum team did well, but Grief was so reasonable and he completely hooked me in to his sympage. Plus that bit at the end there.

This makes me want to play more. And now I have access to a computer again...

Yeah, it seems that whenever I hear people make arguments in ways that I remember (i.e. old hands) I immediately find them more credible, even if the content is a bit suspect. By the time the game drags on I start to lose track of who said what and who to check when, and I rushed my conclusion at the end. Should have just voted Ampelas and called it a day.

Also, I have a post somewhere that says we would lynch someone for advocating a no lynch in an older time. We need to get back to that. I don't know if D'rek was trying to prove a point, but either way she did.

So, what game is next? I'm down for another simple one.

Think it was mainly just poor timing. Saving a reveal isn't bad play, but reveals count for a lot less on D-Day. Shame, because I thought that Blend had a really good game otherwise. It was so frustrating to see someone refuse to forget D'rek suggesting that a missed day wouldn't be too bad. Which I actually think, at the time of posting, wasn't too bad an idea. There were so few real votes on the train, and at the time not even a great amount of in depth discussion, that it would've given very little info at all. Just one of those things that always gets attention regardless of how sensible it my have been in that given case.

Back at you man, I was tense the whole time. When PMs get posted it'll be obvious, but I was watching your every move from the time you fake revealed and I was just WAITING for you respond to Kasch because I KNEW he was going to flip if you gave him a decent response after Korbas flipped so easily. I was not expecting Sorrit's vote, but I was waiting silently to bring the hammer and Kasch flipped over with us anyway. I thought it was well played at the end, D'rek for destroying Sil's credibility and you for the reveal, code, and vocal support, which everyone bought.

You were able to bs a reason well enough to convince me, though. Even if Sorrit hadn't voted that would've been game anyway once I voted.

That's the thing--you and D'rek both agreed with me on so many points I didn't have any logical reason beyond paranoia to suspect you guys.
