I apologize in advance for the wall of quotes soon to come. I will try to eliminate as many as possible.

A McFlurry of votes in the early stages! But gadzooks! No consensus, and parties divided against one another! Can the house stand? Are four walls enough? What about a door? Maybe it's ajar -- but who left it ajar? Tune in tomorrow, spandex-fans!
Atrahal's first post, which, IMO, vaguely reminds me of the style of the first Two-Face message, giving me a small gut feeling that Atrahal is not so innocent.

The whole point is that the slip up couldn't come from anyone other than a recruiter or the batman.
What makes you so sure that it couldn't have come from town? You don't know what information recruiters or B-man have got, unless you are one of their number.
This brings up a good point. Korbas would only be able to definitively say that Korvy couldn't have slipped unless he was a recruiter or batman himself Hence, drawing conclusions about fragmentary information is premature, IMO.
ATTENTION:SNIPPING HAS OCCURRED IN THIS QUOTE
I was going to try to analyze whether Atrahal wrote the ciphered Joker message or just deciphered it, but it's total WIFOM...

Huh.It is not like "playing to be recruited" has not been done in the past. But, I don't like the attitude. At all. In fact, it is against my interests. As of now, you are where my vote is going, but I do wonder about bored town syndrome.
Why would playing to be recruited be against D'riss's interests?* Clearly, it would be against their interests if they were town and wished to win as town* Also, it would be against their interests if they were Batman, and wished town to maintain a divide and conquer front against the cults! Thus, for me this is the first real, even-close-to-substantial indication that anyone is Batman, and so:
Vote D'riss
This does not seem substantial at all if you are looking only for batman. Not even close to substantial it you are looking for only batman. He says "In my interests" yes, but during day 1, all the cult leaders
and batman are alone, and so saying "my interests" could also constitute a cult leader. That is substantial if you are looking to not lynch townies, but that's not what is said. If you completely ignored cult leaders as 1 man teams on day 1, you are either a townie who slipped or a cult leader.
Then he switches to vote for Emurlahn just because of the joker's post when we are still running out of time for the lynch, while he could have stayed on Eloth.

You voted for D'riss... when Eloth was the only option to actually get a lynch. Fucko.
I'm not going to vote for someone just because everyone else is doing so. That way lies chaos and popularity contests.
We lynch for information yes. But the information is used to make connections. Those connections build up. When connections build up, they reveal... Thats right! More information! And that is a strategy casi siempre seen in Malazan Mafia (the game of information)
So yeah... There are my unorganized, most likely incoherent thoughts and reactions to the posts by Atrahal I wanted to respond/ post thoughts on.
I personally think he is a recruiter who always posts a lot. Or I'm wrong and he's a townie...
