Did you just say “Y’all”? I thought your people were better than that.

You should take out a loan against that $5000 cheque and invest the money in orange spraytan. I understand it'll be the next big fashion requirement, like those approved male haircuts in North Korea.
Screw you all, and have a nice day!

When Trump says he wants Ireland to be united, you know he means...

I have an instictual dislike for Thomas Massie. Im sure there are reasons that I just can no longer rememeber because american politicians are a never ending list of horrors.

However he is on fire right now. Trying to impeach hegseth, saying that voter fraud is a lie. He is always out there doing his own thing but it seems a good sign that republican unity is starting to crack as trump weigts them down like a black hole anchor,

You dislike him because that dude would rather your grandma die of a 100% completely preventable illness than tax billionaires and corporations to pay for healthcare.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

I can’t believe that Denmark and Greenland have agreed to let the US put a big military presence there. Don’t they know that is doomed to fail? You give him an inch and he’ll take a mile. If they wanted that they should have waited till the next administration.

I’m waiting for the actual agreement to decide. I suspect it’s mostly just a document agreeing to what already has been agreed. The us already had based and military personal on Greenland and realistically Russia and China or any non nato country wasn’t going to be allowed to put their military bases there anyway. You know, since it’s a nato country!

The language of permanence and unilateral decision making… I’ll wait for some experts to weigh in.

This is the same agreement that already existed in the details. They have literally given him what the US already had to placate him.

After Ivanka posted photos of her vacation in Iceland, Trump posted this:

Notice that Iceland---to the right of Greenland---is now included.

What a loving father! Maybe he wants to make her Princess of Iceland?

And while his mind was on the subject of conquering vacation spots, I guess he decided he might as well toss in the Caribbean as well...

Yeah, that's pretty much it. The Orange Turd just wanted HIS name on the paper.

On that, someone should sell shit tickets with his face and signature on them. They'd sell like crazy.

Holy fuck!

The Supreme Court said the Trump admin can go ahead with their voter ID database. I think states on a case by case basis can choose to use it but the fear is it will be so riddled with out of date information, or just bugs because of how rapidly it was created that it will just delete large swathes of people from the voter rolls.

I don't understand what's the big deal with the voter ID database?

To explain things, here, when we turn 14 we each get an ID which is what we use everywhere where we need to prove we are who we say we are. When votes come around, they use the database of what IDs exist and make up the lists. So when I go to vote, they have me on the list for the local office, scan my ID and I vote. If I'm travelling I can still go to any office and vote, they just need to check aditional database first. I don't know how Americans do voting.
The meaning of life is BOOM!!!
