Yeah, i just did this about 15 minutes ago. If your persuades high enough you can convince them to fight the elves and the werewolves will fight with you at the end.

Thanks for the nfo guys.

Here's another question. How exactly does armor affect your magic and rogue abilities, other than sapping fatigue? If I put my mage in heavy armor will they still be able to cast spells? Will my rogue still be abel to be sneaky and whatnot?

I'm pretty sure that the only thing it changes is stamina and maybe rate of attack.

how did you get both mages and templars?
and nice to hear about them werewolves. it will feel kind of odd tho since my current playthrough is with an elf. sigh. ah well.

It looks still pretty nice though, faces in ME are in my opinion even better than in DA. I tried ME on my old pc, but when I reached the second chapter, on the huge base, my computer couldn't handle the graphics anymore, so I waited until now. Don't know which one I will play more in the time to come, they are both great games I think.

We're taking the Xbox 360 version of this game to dodgy-internet holiday land and wondering if it will be a problem if I can't connect to the internet, somethign about the DLC not working? Anybody know about this?

Yeah. The problem I had was with promotional dlc from gamestop. When i unhooked from the internet for some reason I lost those items and it wouldn't load my game. I could still play, but I had to start from scratch. To fix it I just hooked back up and reloaded the dlc.

I like the idea of new stuff, I don't like the idea of giving them 5 ucks every few months for the rest of my life for new DLC. This is the future of gaming and it scares me. Soon we will have ful priced bare bones games, that you then have to spend anther 60 dollars on just to have a decent game.

finally pulled the trigger on this after my having a few weeks to devote to CoD.
Found it for $30 on amazon, which is half price so I had to get it. Now I can easily justify getting DLC.

Very excited. Shipped to my house and should be there now, so just waiting to go home for Thanksgiving to get it.

well the DLC concept is kind of like the MMO franchise - only there you pay more, but also get more content. a new WoW patch with a new raid instance is a "bit" more to play through than Warden's Keep, for instance, but yeah...

made my mage into an arcane warrior and... hmm, not exactly what I expected. had nightmares about my player character dying a lot. geez.

Played for 3 days; awesome game.

City Elf Rogue, no specialisations (trying to get Duelist before Zevran teaches me Assassin.)

Fantastic experience with the story writing, one of the best cliched fantasy worlds I have played in recent years I must say.

Only one major bug I've found so far.

I didn't even know you could save both of them. I tried, but then when going to to mage's circle I had to do that whole quest, after which the circle was in no shape to help me. Maybe that is a bug too?

The biggest bug I've seen is in the mages quest. I randomly came across the trapped templar at least a whole tower lever too early, didn't like the way the conversation went down, reloaded, then I didn't see him again until the proper time.

maybe you sided with the templars? aka decided to wipe out the circle?
you can check that easily by checking if Wynne and Irwing are still alive :(
