@ Mal, I've found that WvWvW is a lot more fun when you have people to work with, either guild-mates or friends. It also really helps if you've got a voice-chat server like Vent to coordinate tactics and such.

Most of us are on Meguuma, I believe.

If anybody happens to be on Piken Square and wants to join a WvW guild (we has TS too), just invite me in-game @ Griffin Griffin

So I bought the game today, and spent the last couple hours thoroughly lost and confused, but I otherwise enjoyed myself. I rolled on Maguuma, I believe, so I might run into some of you in game. Is there a forum guild or something of the sort? If so I'd be interested in joining (as soon as I figure out how to actually join).

Go into your contacts list, and find your name at the top. It will say (name).(4 digit number). Post it here and someone will send you an invite.
Monster Hunter World Iceborne: It's like hunting monsters, but on crack, but the monsters are also on crack.

Oh Mal, telling us to lick our balls because you know the name of the one FoL character who's in Forge first and we don't.
Also since you're enjoying the Norn side of things:
Choose the Blacked Out personal story choice. It is by far the best one in probably the entire game.
Try to find the Shaman's Rookery in Wayfarer Hills if you want to YELL AT FUCKING RAVENS GET OFF THE DAMN LEDGE FUCK
And good luck encountering the Judging Quaggan in a zone close to Wayfarer.

Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Excellent thanks I'll make sure to post the name as soon as I can relog. Seems I'm having trouble authenticating my new IP. Really frustrating considering I can't log on less than 24 hours after my purchase.

I'm really enjoying this game, been playing a lot with the missus and am checking out dungeons for the first time with some obnoxious jerks (<3) from my home forum, which also seems to have caught the Guild Wars bug. We're on Maguuma, y'all are welcome to The Obsidian Order if you're looking for people to play with. Just opened up a sub-forum for it: http://www.theworldf...isplay.php?f=20
cheers!
cheers!

Just picked the game up today and am having a blast so far. Messing around with a Norn mesmer at the moment, so if anyone wants to hang out early game in Norn territory give me a shout. I saw the above post that most were on Meguuma, so I went there as well.

OK, here is a list of zones my charr guardian has to complete to get 100% map completion and the gold star by their name:
Metrica Province
Brisban Wildlands
Kessex Hills
Lornar's Pass
Dredgehaunt Cliffs
Timberlane Falls
Malchor's Leap
Cursed Shore
The first is a starter zone, the second two are 15-25, the three after that are ten level increments each from 30 to I think 60ish, and the final two are in Orr so 75 and higher. And also a bugged skill point on Malchor's but they still have free server transfers even if only one every 24 hours so I can still get it.
The thing is, all these zones are what I have left to do, and I'm only at 74% completion. This game is cocking huge.

I love that the only places you have left to do are a bunch of places I have done
My Asura went:
Metrica Province
Kessex Hills
Brisban Wildlands
Lornar's Pass
Dredgehaunt Cliffs
Level 50, 100% on all those bar Dredgehaunt.

I'm not focusing on 100% completion. Not even a little. It is ridiculously fun just to wander around doing random event quests (except when I wander into dangerously high levelled zones).
I've also been trying to invite someone to the guild for the last few days, with no success. Illy tried to help me, but I must have misunderstood. Supposedly I can just right click their name in chat, then - I assume - the option should be displayed among a few others. Unfortunately I could not find it. Are there guild ranks or something that may be hindering my attempt to expand our gloriously casual guild?

Ah, there we go, I guess I assumed everyone had invite privileges, haha.
Well, I can cross Metrica, Brisban and Kessex off the list, especially after the recent patch fixed the one skill point that had bugged out in Metrica for me (and also Malchor's Leap which will be nice for later). Now, only five more zones to go! Including Lornar's Pass, the 43 points of interest one. KILL ME

I just finished it too... it is a killer. I have 36% world completion... I am somewhat of a completionist, so I complete each area I enter before moving on... haven't gone crazy..... yet.
