Tapper, I need some clarifications....

The vig is killing a killer....what if any powers does he gain?

The killer(Kess) is hitting a BP....does Kess (killer) gain the BP, or does he have to target him again(kill) to get the BP?

Vig kills a killer: vig becomes a killer including new victory condition and keeps his own vigs (minus the one vig he used).
Kess hitting player with BP: he does not gain the BP until he kills Vengeance dead. If someone else kills Vengeance tomorrow, that player gains the BP.

If multiple kill actions kill the same player, all gain the power of that player.

You will be able to perform only one action per night unless told otherwise, which may or may not be possible.

Yeah, I figured the vig would gain permenant killing powers, but wasn't sure if he became a killer...also, he keeps his 2 remaining vigs right...in case he gets to use 2 abilities per night?

aye, it is becoming distinctly unpleasant. I laughed at Shin's suggestion to lynch someone nice and polite, almost everyone became rude and confrontational in response

You should however set a limit at alt guesses per day (I'd say 3), and probably do sign up by PM only, to prevent players from spamming combinations of every alt and every player on the sign up list.
It's going to be amazing bragging rights for whomever wins it. I predict Gem.

Night actions look awesome as well - I hope they won't lynch Sixty, because then night 2 going to be a righteous shocker with only 3 kills now (2 on Emur), the vig turning bad boy, the healer surviving and Venge probably revealing as BP tomorrow, then 4 kills following up.
