Lynch Tech:
Where the real headache of this high TMDI game starts, is lynching.
You lynch a roled player, and a few people get a watered down, limited use version of the ability.
Here's what happens per role that is being lynched:
Lynch a killer: 3 randomly determined people on the train gain a one-time-vig.
Lynch a finder: the first two people who post after the lynch scene gain a two-time find.
Lynch a healer: everyone on the train gains a single self heal.
Lynch a bulletproof: everyone on the train becomes immune to the first action targeting them that night. If not targeted at all, this immunity carries over until the next day.
AS PER NIGHT 2, ALL PEOPLE ON THE TRAIN GAIN A BP THAT LASTS FOR THE DURATION OF THAT NIGHT ONLY.
Lynch a vig: the hammer gains a two-time vig kill.
Lynch a guard: the person exactly in the middle (or two if there is an even number of votes for lynch) gains a two-use guard.
Lynch an ambidexter: everyone on the train can, once per game on a night of their choice, submit two night actions. They cannot use the same night action twice on that night, however.
Lynch the teacher (this one is fun):
first voter gains a two-time find.
second voter gains a two-time vig.
third voter gains a bulletproof.
fourth voter gains a three-time heal.
fifth voter gains a two time guard.
sixth voter can use one night action twice on a night of his choice.
If there are fewer than six votes required for a lynch, start again at the start of the train.
If the teacher has handed out an ability already, that ability is not gained by the corresponding player on the train.
If a player is lynched who had temporary abilities and has used them, they are still passed on, but with -1 use (to a minimum of 1). so, lynching finders will eventually ensure that everyone is being screened at least once
Example:
Player A is a roleless Inno. He is on day 1 on the lynch train. A Healer is lynched (everyone on the train gains a self heal).
Player A receives from the mods as an addition to his role PM the following text:
Once per game, as a night action, you can heal yourself.
Player A does not use this ability that same night (which is, of course, impossible seeing how we have zero hour nights), but can use it on night 2.
He is however targeted by killer B night 1, who kills player A rather dead.
Player B gains all of player A's abilities, and now has the following role PM:

You can take a single night action.
Night action: once per night, as a night action, you can kill another player by sending his alt to the mods.
Every time you kill someone successfully, you absorb all of that players powers. If they had a single or limited use, these will be refreshed for you.
Night Action: once per game, as a night action, you can heal yourself.
Victory condition: you only win once you are the last man standing. This victory condition is transferred to your killer when you are vigged or otherwise killed at night. There are several other players with the same victory condition, but who cares, you have to get rid of everyone, including them.

Notice that if B killed A after A had used the one time heal, that B would gain the exact same PM!
The one-time self heal is refreshed as per the killer's ability.
