Okay, the D'riss case doesn't have too much substance that I can really see, but it is interesting that he seemed so into Emu. I think I'll keep my eye on him. Meanwhile I can't reckon how Mockra as a killer could be stupid enough to actually publicly suspect everyone who has died, making him seem to me more like framed inno, but it could be just WIFOM to hell. However, logistically, Mockra would have to have a partner with a seperate kill to pull this off. And the lynches are just random, I don't see how he can really be scum. So, I think I'll reread some of the lurkers and see what I can find in those posts.

At this point I'd probably vote for any of the following:

D'riss
Mockra
Liosan.

Odds are one of them is scum, unless the killer's didn't have anybody on both trains... which I find doubtful.

Okay, in my opinion there are only two reasons to kill Emurlahn:

1. He was too close to comfort on nailing the killers, so they needed to take him out. However, this is mitigated by the fact that he was also the next most probable lynch, and therefore, less of a threat to them.

2. He was completely off in naming the killers, and by killing him they try to raise suspicion on those who he was fingering as likely killers. Like, Silanah.

So, I don't think it's 1 because of the mitigated situation, therefore, I think it's probably two, and we need to look at those other than who Emurlahn was fingering.

Does that make sense at all to anyone but me? (Probably not.) I'm going to go ahead and look at who Emurlahn has been ignoring.

I'm not sure I understand #2 Korv because Silanah was lynched before Emur was killed. I don't see how Emur's death puts any frame of reference around Silanah's potential innocence or symp-guilt.

Also, in your previous list, I'm willing to look at the two people you have (other than me, obviously), with Mockra probably being my biggest question mark.

Gotta go with D'riss on this one, Korv what on earth are you thinking?! Emur didn't do anyything close to killer-naming except Sil and Korlat, both of whom were already dead. The only others he even mentions are that he had "gut scum feelings" from Lio and Ruse (post 324). And since he'd done so little finger-pointing your first case makes no sense either! You are way out to lunch on this Korv!
