Twilight fangirls (and boys) get ready to freak out - the original movie is coming back to theaters, for one day only.
"Twilight," which has brought in $191.5 million to date domestically, will be re-released on 2,000 screens on November 19th, the day before "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" opens in wide release.
"Despite the first film already being on DVD, fans across the nation have been calling out to see the film once again on the big screen, and the studio is honoring their request," Summit Entertainment told the Hollywood Reporter.
The movies are based on the best-selling series of young adult novels by Stephanie Meyer.
In addition to bookshelf and box office success, "Twilight" has proved to be big business on the music charts as well. The soundtrack to "New Moon" took the No. 1 spot on the U.S. pop charts Wednesday, according to Billboard, selling 153,000 copies over the last week.

FORKS, Wash. — A new restaurant set to open next year in Washington state will be called Volterra after a city in the popular Twilight vampire novels, which are set in the town of Forks.
Owners Annette and Tim Root told The Peninsula Daily News it will be a family restaurant, and they have applied for a liquor license.
Forks already has the Twilight Lounge that features concerts and other events for fans.
The Twilight books and movies have brought vampire tourism to the remote former logging town on Washington's Olympic Peninsula.
The Chamber of Commerce says thousands of visitors come asking questions, such as whether it's safe to go camping with the vampire problems in the area.

While the tourist boom to Forks from this whole sordid affair should continue for awhile, I doubt that in say 5 years there will be much left. So this town should be looking to capitalize on the fame by developing more permanent institutions that aren't linked specifically to the books.
An evil series, this town will become nothing more than a specific attraction reminiscent of the whole 70s and when that attraction fades it will be as ugly and abandoned as those 70s attraction towns.
Twilight has actually doomed an entire town to economic failure. As well as rob a generation of any taste in books.
