My sister (who is an English major) informed me yesterday of a most horrible thing. Her faculty offers a 3rd year course called "Writing By Women" which showcases authors such at Margaret Atwood, etc. Apparently they've added a new (and somewhat large) section to the syllabus devoted to Stephanie Meyers and the Twilight series. In protest most every serious English student has refused to take the course.
And so the First denied their Mother,
in their fury, and so were cast out,
doomed children of Mother Dark.

It might be a bit off-topic, but that dragon of yours still looks like a branch, Ano.

I sure as hell hope that the portion of students not taking the course are the majority.
