yes abyss lucky number slevin is the shit, Departed was even better.

War with Jet Li was a decent movie.

resurecting the Champ is allright if you dont need action in your movie.

Super Bad is funny as shit, every one should see it. Not as good as Knocked up though

1408 was a fun movie, keeps you on the edge of your seat

Stardust was very good also, Neil Gaiman fans would like it.

Plan on watching Balls of Fury and Halloween this weekend.

- going to the movie theatre is my favorite thing to do;)

Saw Potter 5 again. I stand by my previous review. But still, good fun on an afternoon when you're off work and the nanny's watching the kids...
OK, I think I got it, but just in case, can you say the whole thing over again? I wasn't really listening.

The last movie I went to see was *shudders* Hairspray. My sisters roommate said she would take us, and pay! So I figure, why not? Not even 10 seconds into it I wanted to leave. But I stuck to it and watched it, and surprisingly, it wasn't the worst movie i,ve seen. It wasn't the best either, you wont see me go and get it on DVD!

Saw Bourne Ultimatum finally just now...

BRILLIANT film imo. Raises the bar for that type of action film and adds itself to the all-time-great pantheon.

Fracture - it was an interesting take on the whole crime/legal thriller genre. Ryan Gosling is a really good actor, and of course there was Anthony Hopkins (even though his character was a little too close to Hannibal Lector at times).

Superbad - loved it. funny as all get out.

Employee of the Month - Utter Shit. I think i laughed once the entire movie. I already thought Dane Cook was a talentless hack, but now i'm actually starting to hate him.

Balls of Fury - Entertaining. Certainly not the best comedy of the year, but it did have its moments.
Monster Hunter World Iceborne: It's like hunting monsters, but on crack, but the monsters are also on crack.

Date Movie-How i miss the time that i will never get back because of watching this movie. There might have been the odd time where i was slightly amused by this movie, but overall, I find that it sucked.

I saw Knocked Up this weekend. I don't usually bother going to the cinema to see comedies but I had read lots of reviews saying that it is "almost the perfect comedy" and "the best comedy in years" and all that. Even the Guardian movie reviewer said it was hilarious.

Absolutely the worst movie I have seen in YEARS! I didn't laugh once. It is the closest I have come to walking out of a movie half way through.

I will never trust a reviewer again! Spare yourself, I beseech thee!

Saw balls of Fury--- pretty terrible, didnt like it at all, laughed maybe twice...
the hot asian chick was the one plus to the movie that made it watchable.

Halloween (rob zombie's version)- It was decent, had me jumping at certain points... not the worse remake ever.

im gonna see Death Sentance today... Got high expectations of this movie.

PS: I though Knocked up was funny as shit, but I can see how people might be offended by it, with the drug use and other refrences... i is low humor but I laughed almost non stop... but deff. not for Older people...

Knocked up was not that good. Balls of Fury was excellent - Not as good as Superbad, but what has been?

Death sentence was allright but nothing special imo. Graphic violence carries the story along.

I still think knocked up was better than Super Bad.... Super Bad was an awsome movie but it kinda of dragged in certain spots in the middle.

now im waiting for Shoot em up... I go high expectations for that movie.

It isn't smart enough to be offensive and it's not even low humour. So the guys smoke bongs and fart on each others pillows, big deal. "Older people" can actually laugh at toilet, drug and sex jokes, but they have to be funny first. I read reviews saying that it was a brilliant observational comedy about real life relationships. But all the people in the relationships were gits being horrible to each other. There was no translation to reality as you'd dump them for being a twat (male and female characters both).

Saw Balls of Fury. It had its moments - about two of them. At least the director was smart enough to keep stuff moving along so you couldn't dwell overlong on how craptacular it was. Should've seen Superbad again...

@ Mezla Pig dog: I will agree with one thing.... If a chick kicked me out of the vehicle in the middle of the road I would deff. never talk to her again... mother of my child or not.

you didnt find the "f*ck you Hormones, oh im not talking ot you, Im talking to your Hormones, Your such a F*cking bitch hormones" funny at all.

Oh well every one cant have the same taste in movies, IM actually looking forward to the new Highlander movie comming out this month.
and my favorite actions movies were Boondock Saints and Equilbrium, both pretty low budget.

Just saw the "AvP: Requiem (2)" trailer.

Looks about 100 times more violent than the first, more horror like the original Alien and Pred movies. Story doesn't seem so violated either, but it remains to be seen. All I have to say is the pred sporting double shoulder cannons is bloody awesome.

Won't be making high expectations though.

STARDUST - Way better than i expected. even improved on the source material in some ways, specifically the big finish.

BECOMING JANE - I'm sure if i were of another gender and/or had read Jane Austen's books, this would have been a wonderful movie. As it was, it bought me back the karma from dragging the Ladybyss to a streak of Transformers, Bourne and Harry Potter.

- Abyss, can only handle a certain amount of unfulfilled love angst before brainz start to itch.

Just saw a repeat of DONNIE DARKO on the TV. That is one bizarre movie.

I'm both glad and frustrated by the fact that they don't explain the whole movie and give a nice overly simplistic ending.
And the image of the 6ft bunny is a work of genius.
