Why is it in greyscale? Is there a colour version?
I can't carry it for you, but I can carry you.

Huh? I saw colors.
I'm obviously taking the piss just a wee bit but I have a very similar problem with this to the one I had with the ghostbusters trailer. It's not joyful to me and even the colours seem desaturated compared to Top Gun.

So I saw the advert for Cats, and please correct me if I'm wrong, but is that The Cat from Red Dwarf that I saw in the trailer?

So I saw a broad on the back of his motorbike, shirtless volley ball, someone with a moustache like Goose and he definitely hit the brakes and let someone fly right by. The only new thing was female pilots.
I'm in.

You joke, but you know what is great about the new forthcoming Ghostbusters: Afterlife movie? It's not a silly/goofy needless reboot that happens to also star women concocted by the talentless hack Paul Fieg...it's a long sequel that builds on the world of the first two films, and has Egon's Granddaughter as the lead character. Perfectly balanced. As all things should be.
Also, Re: TOP GUN 2.....its Joseph Kosinski, who did OBLIVION, which is a movie I LURVED!

This headline greeted me this morning -
'Rise Of Skywalker' Is Reviewing Worse Than Almost Every Other 'Star Wars' Movie
Damn, considering the middle three movies were mostly worthless garbage, that is pretty damning. I doubt I even give this a shot when I am channel surfing years from now and happen upon it. Although, I think all that has changed now and I would have to get Disney + to eventually watch it, which I won't, cause I think it is good to resist China, and Disney sucks for the most part. I'm am curious to spot Ed Sheeran in the movie though. That holds a twisted fascination for me for some reason.

Hah my kids want to dress up for it tomorrow, I can't really say no!
Channel hopping, and Jaws: the Revenge is on. How this movie ever got made is absolutely beyond me. How anybody associated with it that saw the script and decided to be a part of it is also beyond me... it's sooo bad! They couldn't even come up with an ending so they copy pasted bits of the original movie in!

So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

Love his quote:

It's interesting that they set the stage of the trailer like your basic secret agent actioner up until the last ten seconds with the car thing and the 'hasn't happened yet' line.
Not sure if they're being clever or doing the usual 'try to make the movie look like a few different things'.

There is actually tip off to the sci-fi aspect earlier in the trailer too..when he's hanging off the big yellow rig ship at sea...the water is unsplashing under the bow, while he is still moving forward in real time.
