I read it in response to this stupid pie graph going around on Facebook that people are seeing and just assuming is based on any actual data. Seems that some of the Occupy people think the issue is defence spending - seems they all want their Freedom for free :unworthy:

My good lady tried for Noel tickets this morning, to no avail. Guess you can't win them all!!

I can see my ex's new girlfriend form the store window where I work. What an über dick move to date someone who I'll have to see and interact with on a regular basis.

Fuck!

Tempted to run out of the store and topple the table she's sitting by and set fire to her stuff. Need a good war cry, though.

I was so excited for the new COLDPLAY CD...and now after giving it 3 listens I feel it is the spiritual successor to X&Y...which is not a great thing. The disc has a few really good tracks, but a chunk of them are totally forgettable (including inexplicably a duet with Rhianna?)...mix in the fact that there are instrumental bridge pieces that are (too long for a bridge) 30 seconds long and aren't stellar...plus they only work if you listen to the album in chronological order...and as a guy who likes to put his iPod on shuffle, they end up annoying me more often than not. So the CD boasts 14 tracks when it is really only 11....though at least it was only $9 on iTunes.

Still, sigh. musical groove messed with.

Banzai is always good, can't go wrong with a classic. :unworthy:

My groovewas wrecked last night. Long story short -ish: the window in my bedroom has been rattling VERY loudly for a good two weeks now, at any time of day or night. So yesterday I figured I'd take the panes out, make sure that there was nothing loose that could be causing the noise and then put the frames back in. Getting them out was not a problem but getting them back in the tracks was a study in frustration and now the knuckles on my right hand are bruised, I have a big bruise at the base of my right wrist and and one on my left kneecap (from bracing my leg against the wall). And considering that a large part of my job involves writing and I'm right handed, let's say I'm just eager to go home.

The panes are the actual sheets of glass. Perhaps you mean you took the sashes (the squares/rectangles that hold the sheets of glass and slide up and down) out of the casing (the inside part of the window).

Might be that the tracks themselves have come a bit loose. Do you have any friends or family who are particularly handy around the house? Tell them to take a look at it.

Nay, I took the panes themselves out and then fixed the loose sashes. I wanted to keep the panes in but had to remove them because fixing the loose bits was impossible otherwise. And yeah, I'm going to ask my cousin to take a look at the entire thing if it keeps up...I'm sick of being woken up by a freaking outboard motor starting up next to my head. :unworthy:

I have completely fucked my sleeping patterns up, and now I'm tired all the time. It sucks.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

I need to concentrate and complete my PGCE application. Ive got this weird sort of fear that you get when you fill in something very important and official that is putting me off.

My nose is running and I've got fever.. Meh.. I finally don't have to work tommorow, which means I can actually go to uni and attend my courses, but if this keeps going on, I won't even get out of bed tomorrow :unworthy:
