you should get more excercise, preferably sex.

Also, and this is really messing with my groove: Just got word that my friend in London failed me, and there'l be no signed copy of TCG for me. This sucks more than having people shout "Man the harpoons! get the Norwegians!" whenever I waddle by....FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

I dig my new job in almost every capacity...except my chair. My chair is the most uncomfortable thing ever.

@Grimmy: I too love food and I also love cooking, I just eat healthy foods (that I like) at home so that when I am out with friends I can have a treat and it doesn't matter nearly as much. Cutting down portion sizes also helps (if you need to)... and exercise
I hate dieting also, but since i have decided to be healthier (note: not DIETING) I have lost 25kgs and am feeling much better than I did a year or so ago

25 kg?! Holy crap, that's impressive...how long did that take you?
So far I've stopped eating pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, all sorts of delicious yeast.based pastries and baked goods. I don't eat bread at all, really. I've switched ground beef (which we use a lot) to a type of minced meat with less fat, switched to a "lighter" cheese, "lighter" butter, diet soda if I drink soda and tried to limit my daily intake to 1100 calories, which for me means eating breakfast, lunch and dinner and nothing in between. The nothing in between is the hard part as I tend to eat when I'm bored, and I'm bored quite often. Oh, and I don't trink that much alcohol either. The only place I won't budge is chocolate...I refuse to live without it! But I try to limit my chocoloate devouring to the weekends...
As for exercise..quite frankly, I hate it. For it to work for me at all, it must be simple and easy to get into...not like stupid Zumba:P
But I walk to to and from work, and I'm on my feet quite a lot during the work day.
But yes, I know eating less, exercising more is the key to losing weight.
I blame my bf, I eat what he eats, eat when he eats and roughly the same portions as well. And the bastard keeps telling me I look goo no matter what

25kg took me about a year, I'm not looking for fast weight loss, I want to enjoy life too. Boyfriend will never help weight
My goal is not really to lose weight, but to be healthier and happier, so as long as I am feeling better and still enjoying life, I'm all good. I hate diet food, don't drink lite milk, don't eat diet cheese or butter, just reduce the amount of the bad fats that I eat and all that jazz. As long as you are happy with the way your feel and live your life and your health, then do whatever the hell you like 
My groove is messed with from work. I feel almost ill. I have either just taken a great opportunity or made a very stupid decision and I am not sure which right now. Either way I have asked for a year secondment from my supervisor (who is a great boss, and a lovely person as well) and I know how much it sucked for her to hear me ask that and I hated doing it and feel horrible
