AFAIK regular wireless broadband is on a plan, and I hate plans. I guess I'm paying for my freedom.

Seriously. High Speed broadband should be free and a part of the government infrastructure like electricity, water and roads. It is preposterous that South Korea has the entire Western Europe combined beat more or less.
