tempting... very tempting... I may do that if it isn't done when I get home tonight since I'll be home a bit late

I find putting it outside their door is better so they physically have to acknowledge it when doing other stuff. If you put it in their room they can reshuffle some stuff to get around but not if its outside the door.

I'm babysitting my friend's kids ALL DAY! I mean, night time is awesome cos they sleep but now they are awake and they want things like food and nappy changes and stuff.........AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHH! I just told one kid he had to stay on the otherside of the gate - he started to carry on and I told him to think of it as a cultural lesson to try and understand how African Americans felt before segregation ended! WHO SAYS THAT TO CHILDREN?!?!??! Why do people leave their kids with me?????

You tore a bear apart with your bare hands, then foiled a bank robbery with your newly found bear hands, then you suffered a severe concussion but you think you remember everything that happened. But to be on the safe side you should be excused work that day, just in case.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Lack of sufficient sleep most likely ;)
I was just going to find an eye-patch and be a pirate for a few days, but that sounds better.

I could do both....

Monsignor:...Now, we must all fear evil men. But there is another kind of evil which we must fear most, and that is the indifference of good men.
Connor: [as the brothers exit the church] I do believe the monsignor's finally got the point.

I feel similarly about hangovers.

Also a cashpoint ate my card which, while it almost but in the end didn't ruin my night out yesterday, has scuppered the rest of my plans for this weekend and the start of the week. Very annoying.

Earlier on there was a giant spider in the hall, I nearly stood on it but I enlisted mums help to kill it and afterwards it took me ages to sleep. I'd only gotten a few hours when I needed to get up for the toilet and lo and behold lurking in the doorway of my brothers room was another one I pleasded with him to kill it (he was asleep on the sofa) but he wouldn't wake up, even when I told him I'd let him keep all the money he owed me, then I went to check on it again and it was gone. I used mum and dad's bathroom and woke them up, dad went searching for it and couldn't find it so now I feel really sick and tired and I can't sleep or move for fear of the thing. What if there is like a house of them or something? Two, two! In one night! I'd much rather be face with a shark in my room than a spider.

this might sound ridiculous but maybe you should get a lizard? We have geckos all over the show and they kill spiders all the time...ofcourse geckos have a creepy streak too...but its been ages since i last saw a spider in our family house and its surrounded by bug bushes.

Ah I would get anything that could kill them in a heartbeat but I fear this will be one solution that mum will not at all appreciate :p.

Build that terror into RAGE. And then RAGE that fucking spider to death with anything other than your hands. It's working for me.

Now, if a tarantula crawled on me I'd probably piss my pants and passout. But, non-deadly spiders? I just freeze like a deer in headlights: Then I get pissed. I'm the ultimate fucking predator on this planet. That thing has to die. And kill it I will if it takes a magazine, a shoe, a paper-towel, whatever. I'm getting good at backhanding small ones.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

There's this girl, who kinda likes me, and I kinda like her... But good god, I have no idea how to take it further. I went up to her, introduced myself, and we discussed the rumours that she liked me. They were true... We kinda said we should get to know each other better.
It's been like 2 weeks since then, and we've just been speaking over facebook here and there, and a little at school.
THAT is what's messing with my groove.

Take her to purchase and consume a meal together while conducting conversation.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Wow, it's like AIJ has an understudy ...

I think the obvious thing is for your lawyers to contact each other so you're protected in case something goes wrong. Which it will.

Enjoy your burgeoning love life and the associated terrors and legal quagmire that now entails for males in the modern western democracy! :p
