Decided I'll do a few dozen crunches while I wait for windows to update on startup.......

too many, it appears.
My whole stomach is at the verge of cramping. Got to be very careful now.

There must be a word in German for exactly how badly I want the world to burn right now. Some amalgam of infinite rage, sadness, frustration, misery, failure of expectations, being fucked and wanting to take everything down with me. LITERALLY FUCK EVERYTHING FUCK FUCK GOD DAMN IT BURN IT ALL.

Work this summer is going to be seriously depressing and one of my co-workers of the last couple of years in leaving, I'm going to miss him a lot. One of my new co-workers on finding out I liked Fantasy/Sci-Fi thinks I inhabit some kind of fantasy world permanently because however else could I like such things? Oh how i wish it were true so I could set phaser to stun and discourage him from saying anything so stupid again. I'm feeling very violent for some reason I think it's because I stopped taking my medication a few weeks ago but on the other hand I'm too tired with work to actually act on the anger.

Cut on my face got infected with impetigo (think I picked it up from being around children at the weekend).

Ah well, at least I feel better after ranting a little.
