Ai customer service puts my teeth on edge. I hate it so much!
However recently I went to a Wendy’s drive through for the first time in my life. The ai drive through didn’t ask me for my order, it began with do I want combo a or combo b added to my order.
This combined 2 things I hate. Ai customer service and overly aggressive marketing. Disgusting.
I was recently thinking how America is overly predatory on the price increases. Restaurants push appetizers, drinks,cocktails, desserts. They also seem to want me to sit down, eat and get the fuck out. It’s only one example but the commercialization of everything is reaching in sane levels. Half the point of going to a restaurant is to enjoy some conversation. Don’t rush me.
