Not sure how far you are in the series (saw you on the DG forum) but the Malazan FB group, which is apparently fiull of asshats etc is also very free with the spoilers. I mean book shattering spoilers just posted straight up with no warning so maybe give it a wide berth as you wont gain anything by joining it.

Groove- gf had an op on monday and they did a biopsy and found something. Theyve sent it off for testing so just a waiting game now. I booked time off work to look after her which should have been plenty but shes picked up (yet another) nasty kidney infection from the hospital and as Im in work tomorrow shes gone upto her mums house tonight rather than doing it first thing in the morning. As a result of being run down I have 4 tactically placed ulcers in my mouth that cause me to be unable to eat without pain and have a general cold. Im supposed to be looking after her post op yet feel like utter shit. Thoguht shed be a bit better by now but im glad shes gone home and wont be alone tomorrow.

Related to this is that my brother's a member of the communist party, so any news we get over the phone are coloured by this and the fact that he's a hothead. Fortunately, he lives further away from the hotspots. Still, my mom's worried a lot, and so am I. The last thing Ukraine needs right now is Russia marching in or people panicking.
