Found a great house - I love it and would move in tomorrow if I could. Right price too, below our budget and way bigger than anything else we've seen.
But, because of a few small issues with it, and it's location within a quarter mile of a river, mrs T is turning it down.
Goddamn it.

So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

Snow again. And I know I'm British which means I don't know the meaning of snow but it does mean the whole country will grind to a standstill again!!

You Scream

Look, America is just sick and tired of supporting you guys with our gulf stream, so you're just gonna have to get used to snow.

Our dog had emergency surgery (ate something that blocked his stomach) on friday , after that got serious pneumonia, two days ago vomited blood and when it looked better , stopped eating... Im exhausted, desperate and cant do anything other than wait and change ATB´s in cannula...

Sorry to hear that. Pet emerg issues are the worst to have to deal with. Having a pet down ill can be scary. Here's hoping all gets better.

Look, public servants, I understand that you work long hours doing mind-numbing labors. But if I am here a half-hour early, having made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, I at least expect to get helped in short enough order to avoid having to sit here and wait through your one hour (read: one and a half) lunch break.
What should have been a quick stop between 10:30AM and 11:20AM became a 3+ hour waiting game. At one point, instead of helping anyone at one of the 3 windows, the staff was actually all, simultaneously comparing pictures of their kids/grandkids.

Did you do the Bill Nye thing and take a pitcher of water out there and whip it up into the air and watch it change properties into snow?
that's my fave.

OK, I think I got it, but just in case, can you say the whole thing over again? I wasn't really listening.
