The Youtube algorithm has begun sending me chiropractic videos. It's oddly fascinating to watch. Especially this one thick chick doctor, Mondragon Chiropractic, who knows exactly what she's doing to make her videos popular:

I've seen several online documentaries that started in a similar fashion ...

Chiro stuff bothers me. Especially the infant adjustments.

My niece had a stroke after visiting a chiropractor. She was 25 when it happened last year. She went for a stiff neck. The chiropractor did an adjustment by wrenching her neck to one side, she had a sudden blinding headache, face drooped, lost the use of her arm, slurred speech etc. Got to hospital and she had torn a blood vessel which created a blockage in the flow of blood to her brain. A week in hospital. Six months off work. Fortunately she made a full recovery. Doctors advice was "Never go to a chiropractor again and tell all of your friends the same thing".

My sister in law is a chiro.

I no longer let her adjust my family.

I’ve heard enough stories to scare me about it.

She still adjusts my wife though, but I have no say in that.

Thank goodness she's okay!

I remember being warned off both chiropractors and osteopaths when I had physiotherapy for my back. That's terrifying though.

Fortunately the chiropractor was smart enough to call an ambulance pretty quickly. Talk about a bad day at the office.

A cat cafe is where I found the love of my kitty life Fergus McFluff. You can actually google him. :-). Glad you had a good birthday.

More goodness: band practice with Aubzagl went well (I'm covering for their drummer who can't make a gig on Saturday). I am half dead from their material cause it's hard as hell to play, but I'm looking forward to playing the gig in Nottingham.

The questions are irrelevant. I just don't want them.

Snow day. School was closed due to about 4 inches of snow - which is a lot here, but still... I ignored work and we built snowmen, had snowball fights and then watched christmas movies. Good day!
