Have virtual rep.

My groove is good because I not only passed my Basic Fitness Assessment this morning - I fucking well smashed it.

While Zanth and Assail would probably laugh at my feeble efforts I thought 44 pushups (require 25 for my age group), 100 situps (require 50) and the 2.4 km/1.5 mile run in 8:48 (require 12:42) was not too bad at all. Considering as well I'm not a grunt who has nothing to do all day except eat, sleep, shit and go to the gym - I actually work.

Cheers,

Not bad Sombra...not bad at all.
I planted 4 trees in my yard and 3 of them actually survived a week!

Better than I, Sombra.
I am happy cos I am off to Alton Towers tomorrow and I haven't had to take painkillers for 3 days now, so it's all good!

My gf is currently in the process of becoming an aunt (there's labour afoot), which is quite exciting. Well, not particularly for me, but she's all happy and excited and that makes me happy. Plus I've been working my magic to try and get her sister to name the baby after me. They'd better.

I'm happy because I just finished a 2,500 word history assignment. The word limit wasn't large, granted, but the subject matter was so boring it made my eyes bleed, so I'm happy I don't have to read about British colonial policy in India over the last 200 years ever again.

Well, Toby's not actually my name so that wasnt what I've been badgering for, but I feel Greg works equally well as a unisex name!
Ah, for a 2500 word essay instead of the 8000 words of drivel Im attempting atm. I envy your finishing of work.

I love my country. I've just been watching Question Time from last night. The panel is 3 MPs, the sub-editor of the Daily Telegraph and the UK Executive of McDonalds. Only this week could the man from McDonalds look wholly like the good guy!!!
Edit - and especially for TT, Patrick Kielty is on the panel next week
