Unfortunatey, Sombra is right King Kamza. In the army it's the kiss of death to be "invaluable" at a particular job.

Ps. Good on ya for being good and taking pride in what you do, it's surprising how many people don't.

Just watched a bunch of TED talks while having my lunch. Some of the speakers and their work are so inspiring. I feel a bit better about humanity now (though that feeling will fade as soon as i head into town).

While i love the science talks, I find myself being more inspired by the people merging artistic/creative sensibilities with engineering solutions. There are some great talks about urban renewal on the TED site.

But, my favourite talk is probably this one, which i've watched a few times, about the problems with how we educate young students today. The speaker, Sir Ken Robinson is an awesome public speaker, and manages to make his points in an amusing but poignant fashion. It's well worth a listen.

Be warned though, it is approx 20 mins long.

It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt - Mark Twain

Wellll, at least boss agrees with me they guys in Switzerland are doing a shabby job. It's small solace, but a solace nonetheless. But then, why pay an agency to make a template when we [or rather, moi] end up redoing it anyway?

MTS you have too much free time (but I quoted you anyway)
HiddenOne. You son of a bitch. You slimy, skulking, low-posting scumbag. You knew it would come to this. Roundabout, maybe. Tortuous, certainly. But here we are, you and me again. I started the train on you so many many hours ago, and now I'm going to finish it. Die HO. Die. This is for last time, and this is for this game too. This is for all the people who died to your backstabbing, treacherous, "I sure don't know what's going on around here" filthy lying, deceitful ways. You son of a bitch. Whatever happens, this is justice. For me, this is justice. Vote HiddenOne Finally, I am at peace.

I tried to keep the quote going but the forum said 'NO!' Apparently you can have only so many blocks of quotes <_<

I feel both happy for you (you got into the Dresdencrack early) and sad for you (now you have to wait another year for the next)

Had a long due encounter with my good friend Jack Daniels...
When a man lies he murders
Some part of the world
These are the pale deaths which
Men miscall their lives
All this I cannot bear
To witness any longer
Cannot the kingdom of salvation
Take me home
