Last night (after getting PISS drunk with some friends) I was heading the ~4 blocks to my apartment when some big black dude stopped me. Put his hand to my chest and demanded my money. And I had this very surreal moment, thinking to myself "Is this guy actually mugging me?"

Anyhow, he was, and he knocked me on my ass once I said he should go fuck himself.

I got back up (mind you, I'm pretty hammered here) and hit him with a shoryuken-style uppercut (he was a good 5 inches taller than me, I sure as hell wasn't going to connect with a right-cross) and ran like hell, and spent the next half-hour laughing uncontrollably for how retarded that situation was.

Have found temporary homes for my kitty cats and turtles. Have furniture being moved into storage tomorrow and have a place to stay whilst looking for a house. At present, things are going well/smoothly.
