CAL WON THE BIG GAME, AND I'M STILL NOT OVER IT.

It was an epic football game. Down to the wire, nailbiting, heart-stopping, awesome game.

Well after months of complaining to Orange they finally decided to send me a new phone. My old one kept screwing up randomly and restarting and crashing in the most annoying places... I kept calling them and they told me to try it without the memory card in for a while or something. I get a new phone tomorrow. It's not loads better but hopefully it will work like its meant to!

@Anomander, I bet that's a nice feeling... :o

The dentist said I have fantastic teeth (despite not seeing a dentist for the best part of six years) and they are likely to stay that way for the rest of my life. And the whole thing was free. Safe.

Also, steak marinated in whisky with the gf whilst watching Firefly and nice wine is win. So is having an interview tomorrow morning Brilliant stuff. :p

Just had a meeting with my PhD supervisors, and they were really happy with me. Thank f*ck for that.

I was so nervous about it, that i couldn't sleep at all last night. Anxiety managed to keep me awake through the meeting, but i'm starting to crash now. Still it'll be a happy siesta.

You should have invited them out for lunch/alcohol. makes it go a lot smoother, and they're more likely to overlook their little quibbles, rather than blowing them out of proportion.

Thanksgivings awesome.

It's been a bad week in the winning friends department. I am usually good at hiding my gumpy sod tendencies at work but this week I have managed to let people know that I don't care about their pet stories, am not interested in tales of their children, hate charity and despise Christmas.

And thank you for the drunk texts. I did giggle, just a bit. :D

When 3 drunken hallucinations visit you over the next 3 nights and take you through some sort of fucked up montage - just go with it. :D

Back from house warming of two good friends, they have an awesome house and one of the mums kept giving me wine, I like Irish mothers!

Birthday.
The girlfriend is making the cake, some friends are coming over... we'll have a blast.
Kif: Sir, remember your course correction?
Captain Zapp: No.
Kif: Well, it's proving somewhat more suicidal than we'd initially hoped.
