Spent all afternoon in the park playing American Handegg with a bunch of guys it was great. Also, I spoke to my dad he wants to go skiing again and wants to pay for me to go too. :)

Where exactly will you go skiing?

I finally have time to breath and relax, it's a nice feeling compared to working myself to the bone.

Could go anywhere. We will be going with a company we used last New Year and we went to Saas Fee in Switzerland. It would be somewhere in the middle of the Alps - Switzerland or Austria most likely.

Ok, just making sure. Seeing as how the U.K. isn't known for any kind of slopes.

There's maybe two up in Scotland, but nothing compared to central Europe. I suggested we go to Canada, but I think that might up the price slightly. :)

Well the plane tickets is where it would get pricey otherwise It would have been very similar, depending on where you went. Whistler and Banff would be incredibly expensive.
Laurentian skiing is probably your best bet in terms of price and quality, Mont Tremblant, Mont Sainte-Marie, Le Massif, Mont Sainte-Anne.

Just found out I got through to the next stage of the Police interviews! Flipping brilliant! :w00t:

You know, on first reading I got a totally different context from that statement. Although I'm sure you're using to having to give them by now ...

Nah, good luck mate.

Though I AM glad Bobbies don't carry firearms. :w00t:

I just spent $17,000 on a 2008 model Mitsubishi Lancer ES with 40,000km on the clock. There may be better deals around, but not in Darwin. I took a test drive and accidentally used the tiptronic transmission instead of just leaving it in standard Drive. It was kinda fun after I figured out why the hell the damn thing wasn't going up the gears - like driving a manual without the hassle of downshifting at the traffic lights or using the left leg for the clutch.

OK I'm lazy, but the left hand is for playing with the stereo or the hot lady passenger (it happens sometimes), not wasting effort shifting gears in traffic.

Trackside Festival day after tomorrow. Gonna be fucking amazing. Karnivool, Hilltop Hoods, Midnight Juggernauts, Parkway Drive, Tame Impala, Miami Horror, plus many more...and only $50 for a ticket! Score and a half.

Now, these are all Aussie bands, so many of you won't have heard of them (bar Karnivool; heaps of people on the forum seem to have a hard on for them now, thanks to CI :w00t:), but trust me - they are all extremely awesome.

Surely you just put them in for about 2 minutes and let them stand for one? What is there to discuss? :(

You realise this post is about a month too early?

While reshelving books at work, I noticed one of the Goodkind books had a small rip in the cover. Damaged stock, must get rid of it. What a terrible shame.

Like Obdi says - BURN IT!!!

But first set up the video camera. THEN burn it. Then douse the coals by pissing on it. Then post the whole clip on a Tairy forum. :(

Or is that just taking trolling just a wee bit too far?
