No Sex before marriage is correct. No nothing before marriage is correct. O and A between two married adults is whatever you want. Some people will be against it while some wont.

That said, JW's are forbidden from associating with anyone outside the 'Truth' (what they call their religion) if they aren't trying to convert them.
