Our PM took the team to a high end steak house to celebrate a key project milestone. I had (and like) my steak bloody. So much so that the bloody goodness needs to be pooling around the steak so as to be mopped up by a chunk of torn bread. Does that make me a horrible person? Is that one of the key indicators of a psychopathic serial killer? If so, I guess I should just embrace it.

Given that this is the first full calendar year Ive worked (July 18 through to August 19) without taking my customary extended breaks I'm going all out.
Edit first year in a long time, I worked pretty much solid for 4/5 years after college. Im self.employed so don't care overly about holiday days taken per se, as I'm not limited that way. But I usually only work in total like 10 months a year, last run was 12 out of 13

Today is a big day for me too. It's the Great North Run! All the training and pain come to this. I am so not ready but I'm going to give it my best shot.
If you can get BBC of some kind it's usually shown live. 57,000 people taking part so you might not catch me on TV running but I'll be near the back regardless...
