This morning on the AM News program, while talking about the H1N1 flu the reporter said in that deep, serious, god like voice, all full of gravest: Now is not the time to get pregnant.
Really that has been my policy all along.

The hate that people can direct to a freaking TV show because someone who can sing vaguely well got voted off in favour of people who can sing less vaguely well is highly amusing.

The folks at SubPress are really good people. To apologise for the massive delays caused to a lot of their orders by their traycase-maker going out of business, they've sent out free books! I dunno if everyone got the same ones or anything, but I've got 4, worth about $200 in total, completely for free and out of the blue. Astonishing

And I will be picking up 110£ worth of books and dvd's from Amazon tomorrow. (purchased via the links on the site ofcourse)

I am having the best freakin' fortnight ever!! My next door neighbour bought his son a copy of Empire: Total War for his birthday, but their computer won't run it. So he sold it to me for a fiver because he is filthy rich and couldn't be bothered taking it back to the store.

What's making me happy right now? Copious amounts of alcohol!
Some may have noticed that my two last posts on here have been whilst drunk, today and last Friday. However, I can explain. I am a student.

1. Al, no need for explanations, or else I'd do nothing but that.
2. There is a "Tapper" on one of the Indianapolis Colts forums I visit regularly. He'd be way cooler if he posted here as well.

Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Congratz on the job Centz.
What's making me happy right now? Watching angry nerds RAGE outside the bar at uni protesting the lack of an R18+ rating for games, in light of L4D2's banning. I'm half expecting someone to proclaim rebellion on the State or someone's head to explode, these people are A.N.G.R.Y. Oh look, they're organising another protest at the Attorney-General's office. Brilliant.

Congrats Centz!
I got the day off work today. I still have to do mundane things, but I'm not at work, and that's what counts!
