Success! Ate the turkey and trimmings, had 2 huge slices of my wifes toffee pecan pie, and kept my mouth shut.
I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.

now I can see something happening and REALLY start spending money.

Time to organise the follow up visit to the bank I think!

I see this resembling the monster truck sequence in TANGO & CASH.

The fencing for driving ranges is a bitch. Requires a unique skill set for that aspect of the project.

Just don't fore-get macros, it takes a lot of green to keep your range from becoming sub-par. It's easy to fall into a hole-in-one bad move bringing you tee-tering close to the edge.

Yeah but with the forthcoming apocalypse you might as well get on with it while there's still air.

Ours is up as well. No reason not to get it up and enjoy it for a long time.

Oh really? I didn't realise that. Seems awfully early to me, but hey ho. Enjoy the festive season!

Spoke to my horse riding instructor after tonight's lesson about my goal to get back on the horse I did my dressage test on last year (it's the sort of way mark I have in my head of when I'm back up to speed to where I was). She said I'm pretty much there, she'll let me settle back in after the new year break and then there's no reason I can't get back on him for flatwork and then we can work up to jumping (he's an ex steeplechase racehorse, and has never yet seen a jump he didn't want to take like it was in the Grand National).

Pleasantly surprised and very excited! Posted Image

This is making me happy. Congrats, Australia!

Just got re-employed at the library I was working at!

My temp contract ended November with no more options for extension. They made my work into a new position at the library and after 90 applications and 4 interviews the job is mine.

Just the knowledge of having permanent employment after working on contract for so long feels amazing.
