Started The Boys last night. Digging the premise, we’ll see how it goes.

I'm sleep deprived because I keep missing my usual week day 9.30pm bedtime. Addicted to I'm A Celebrity. I'm so ashamed. It's not even a good series. They all get on so there is no drama.

Watched the first episode of this last season of Vikings that just kicked off. Staying away from the dedicated thread because who has two thumbs and doesn't like spoilers? -*motions to self*- this guy.
Anyway, about that first episode, seems like we have a 'Brokeback Kattegat' situation developing.Posted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted Image

I like saying Kattegat out loud, and Ubbe too. Try it, say them both out loud a few times, there's something intriguing about how they both sound.

Dublin Murders.

I'm only one episode in, but I am enjoying it. If you have a True Detective itch à la Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson this could do it for you.

Well, I'm only one episode in, but it definitely is giving me TD season 1 vibes. Especially with the circumstances surrounding the murder being investigated.

Been watching this Norwegian show on Netflix called HJEM TIL JUL (Home For Christmas) which is very much a sort of 'Hallmark Christmas' style deal (looking for love around the holidays) of a show, but it's really well written, hilariously funny, and just really charming which elevates it above this type of fare. I'm about half way through the season and it's been just a wonderful watch. The lead actress is VERY good.

So far no, but maybe later!

I've seen the trailers for this and it looks great, glad it's up to scratch.

Bit of disembowelment would probably make it 1000000% better though.

Finished my binge of all three seasons of EVEN STEVENS.

Amph, you were right, it got much better as it went along (especially S2 onwards), and I was actually sad to see it end. I'm about 10 minutes into the "movie" they did as they wrapped up.

When Beans showed up out of nowhere, I was like "What the hell is this Poochy character?"...but he grew on me too. The actor sells him.

EDIT: Trying out Phineas & Ferb next....any other Disney Channel recommendations?

The nose-whistling coffee importer guy on the speed dating portion had me rolling on the ground as she tried unsuccessfully to deal with it. LOL

Beans is my brother's favorite character. I hated him at first because it was obvious what the character was supposed to do. But the dang actor and the improved writing got me in the end.

Try Gravity Falls.

That whole scene was masterfully done. I felt her awkwardness. It was real!
