The first was really only ever there to motivate Louie. The second, yeah, that stung and felt pointless. I assume the actor got a better gig.

Finally got around to starting Netflix's LOST IN SPACE show, and I'm really impressed so far. The opening episode was stunningly done, acted, and emotional...and then I realized why when the credits rolled. Neil Marshall! I love me some Neil Marshall. Anyways, I'm in for the season for sure.

Also I've been a Molly Parker fan since I was a kid.

You must be wathing a diffenret lost in space to me. The writing was so bad, the dialogue worse, the acting so wooden that I gave up on it even as background noise.

I mean, I disagree? LOL.

I could imagine people disagreeing on the answer to 2+2 with more evidence than someone could disagree if this show was bad.

My mind boggles!

GLOW season 2: more of the same from the first season. Low stakes but engaging drama. Goofy but generally effective humor. Lots of enthusiasm from a cast that clearly loves what they're doing. Marc Maron being hella surly.

Just binged the entire thing last night. I really liked how they addressed the Weinstein/MeToo movement and leaned hard into various conversations on that through the characters, including Debbie's bad take, and Sam's good one.

I think I like the first season a LITTLE better, but this one was no slouch either.

That one episode that focused on mothers (Debbie, and Tammé) was QUITE well done and told a nicely contained, but utterly relevant story.

Watched 3 episodes of Sopranos last night. Its just ok so far. I dont have enough free time to watch a show i dont really enjoy. Does it improve or is this the norm for the 7 season run?

Jessica Jones S2 is gonna take me so long to get through at this rate and I really want to start Cage S2. Blah. It’s just so boring. 14 minutes 31 seconds into Ep 6 atm and yet I can swear I been sitting here watching atleast 45 mins easy.

Voyager S7 Ep 19..this last season is shit.

Almost done with S2 of Preacher. I think I had 9-10 of them still before S3 started 2 weeks ago. Some pretty glorious tv that sat on in my box for close to a year. I about pissed myself loln with the whole “No means yes.” and “I’m not a homosexual.” stuff.

You don't need to watch JJ2 to enjoy LC2.

If you ask me, the 2000s was one of the worse decades of the last 20 years.

Started watching SACRED GAMES, which is an Indian crime thriller series on Netflix, and so far it's REALLY good! I'm watching in Hindi with subtitles, because I noticed the default English dubbing setting was bad compared to the subtitles from a translation POV (so I would recommend anyone watching watch it thus as well), and I would say so far the only thing is having a BIT of trouble with the terminology of some of it, but after 2 eps I'm settling into understanding any terms or concepts I'm unsure of. The leads (disgruntled heroic cop on a/dealing with a corrupt faction of the Mumbai police force, and a lifetime criminal with a story to tell) played by Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui respectively do an INCREDIBLE job. The tension, and drama are high.

Just really solidly enjoying, and would easily recommend it!

Oh my, The Eric Andre show has morphed into Mostly 4 Millennials on the Cartoon Network's adult swim block. You would swear that Derrick Beckles was Eric Andre's brother. And oh boy, they have not eased up on the bizarre, offensive and shocking. And for some reason Fred Durst is the show's DJ.

One of the over arching themes the show seems to have in its cross-hairs is to rip apart anything associated with millennials (or millennial related). Makes sense, based on the title of the show. For example, in one episode there was an emoji focus group where they went over some new emojis. Suffice it to say, it was designed to offend, as there was one with a swastika and another that that was a smile face that look liked it just ate shit. A future episode will rip on unboxing videos (that are so popular on YouTube), cept this one is digging up and opening a coffin (not real obviously, duh). Posted ImagePosted Image

It improves so much in S2 and then S3. Keep going the plot in S1 will peak nicely. You really want to try to get S3 though. By that time your breathing Sopranos

Yep, on episode 12, it improved dramatically. Just took a handful of episodes to get going.

Glad you stuck with it. It's def golden age HBO imo and I miss when their shows actually ran for 13 Ep seasons. Now days they are 10. Let me know once you get to S2 so I can ask if you noticed something about it. Not a spoiler just an observation.

About 1/2 through season 2.

As good as the show is, it has by far the worst intro to any show i've ever watched. I cant even have it on in the background waiting for it to start.

Cordy is hysterical.
